Cancellation Policy for MH Beauty, LLC

1. No-Show and Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel the day before, you will owe 50% of the service cost and if will be charged to your account. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a 100% fee of the service cost will be charged to your account.

2. Gift Cards and Packages Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable. However, they are transferable and can be used for any future services offered by MH Beauty, LLC. If you need to cancel a prepaid appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment for a rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for prepaid services that are not used.

3. Special Circumstances In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund or credit, at the discretion of MH Beauty, LLC, based on the nature of the service or issue. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

2. Refunds We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service and it is reported within 48 hours, we may offer a complimentary service adjustment or credit towards a future service. Refunds are not available for services once they have been completed.

3. Product Purchases We do not offer refunds on retail products purchased at MH Beauty, LLC. However, if the product is unopened and in its original packaging, we will accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
